Reply to the letter dated December 21, 2020:
Dear Martha,
I inform you that I have never prevented and do not interfere with the meetings and communication of Nicolas Cheropoulos with the children (all dates and details of these meetings are recorded in the court minutes). On the contrary, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that he (Nicolas) has not shown any desire to come to see the children for about two years.
Throughout the years that I lived with Nicolas, I never said anything negative about him to the children. I continue in the same way now.
The desire to be present at the meetings and conversations of Nicolas with the children is dictated by my parental caution and concern for children – Nicolas repeatedly gave them strong alcoholic drinks at meetings with children and expressed obscene words addressed to me (this is also recorded in the court records and there are witnesses).
I am surprised that you speak so freely about the complete absence of the risk of child abduction. You are probably not knowledgeable or showing due interest in details. At the last court hearing in Minsk in October 2020, the lawyer of Nicholas Cheropoulos said that he (Nicholas) intends to continue to pursue his goal of taking children from Belarus to Sweden.
As for the decision-making by Nicolas Cheropoulos and the disposal of his property, this does not concern me at all. This is his property. He has the right to dispose of it at his discretion and bear full and sole responsibility for his actions.
On the contrary, I would like to inform you that the Court of the Republic of Belarus made a decision on the payment of alimony for children by Nicholas Cheropulos. Refusal to pay alimony confirms that he (Nicholas) does not want to really participate in the upbringing of children and violates the property rights of children.
About your invented interpretations of my “behavior” – it interests me very little, but it only emphasizes your non-objectivity and your desire (or ability) to conduct a constructive dialogue (!?).

Дорогая Марта,
Ставлю вас в известность, что я никогда не препятствовала и не препятствую встречам и общению Николаса Черопулоса с детьми (все даты и детали этих встреч зафиксированы в протоколах суда). Напротив, обращаю ваше внимание, что он (Николас) уже около двух лет не проявлял желания приехать, чтобы увидеться с детьми.
На протяжении всех лет, прожитых вместе с Николасом, я никогда не говорила что-либо негативное о нем детям. Такой же линии поведения я придерживаюсь и теперь.
Желание присутствовать при встречах и разговорах Николаса с детьми продиктовано моей родительской осторожностью и заботой о детях – Николас неоднократно на встречах с детьми давал им пробовать крепкие спиртные напитки и выражался нецензурными словами в мой адрес (это также зафиксировано в протоколах суда и есть свидетели).
Меня удивляет, что вы так свободно говорите о полном отсутствии риска похищения детей. Вы, наверное, плохо осведомлены или не проявляете должного интереса к деталям. На последнем судебном заседании в Минске в октябре 2020 года адвокат Николаса Черопулоса заявил, что он (Николас) намерен продолжать добиваться своей цели увезти детей из Беларуси в Швецию.
Что касается принятия решений Николосом Черопулосом и распоряжения своим имуществом, то это меня абсолютно не касается. Это его имущество, он вправе распоряжаться им по своему усмотрению и нести за свои действия полную и единоличную ответственность.
Напротив, ставлю вас в известность, что Судом Республики Беларусь было принято решение об уплате Николасом Черопулосом алиментов на детей. Отказ от уплаты алиментов подтверждает, что он (Николас) не желает реально участвовать в воспитании детей и нарушает имущественные права детей.
Что касается придуманных вами интерпретаций моего «поведения», то меня это очень мало интересует, но только подчеркивает вашу не объективность и не желание (или не умение) вести конструктивный диалог.
