“In several countries, the Monastery St. Elisabeth website is blocked, and nuns from it are also banned from entering the country. A reason? Direct support of the Wagnerians and Putin’s war,” he says.
“They are currently making camouflage nets for the Russians and writing letters of support to the soldiers at the front. By selling church objects in Ladomirova, they support the occupiers in Ukraine. On the one hand, we support the church in Ukraine and the country itself because they attacked it, and on the other hand, we sell the products of a monastery that directly supports the Russian army. That is nonsense,” he said.
