My second Appeal also included the Ministry of Justice and the Minister for Children, the Elderly, and Gender Equality / The Ombudsman for Children in Sweden. I was hoping that somebody would have the sensitivity and dignity to react to the neglect, denial of justice, and the breach of my children’s and my own human rights in Belarus. Citation from one of my Attorneys: “I am sorry to mention this, but no diplomatic actions were used to protect him or to pressure the Belarusian authorities in his now three-year-old legal battle or even to protest the gross violation of his paternal rights and the human rights of his children, which Sweden otherwise pays great attention to”. Once again, the Swedish authorities pretended that they did not understand, and they raised the issue of “Neutrality”, ignoring their own citizens – my children as if they never existed.

This is the same Sweden that, in other situations, is paying great attention to the rights of children. At least they pretend to do so.

Is Sweden using the words “Democracy” and “Rights of Children” just as a promotion gig to create an impression that Sweden actually is a “Democracy” that cares about “Human – Children’s Rights” and their “Citizens”? 

It is not worth mentioning all the ridiculous answers that I received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sweden. In a nutshell, they didn’t care where my children were or if they were well. They just followed their own dogma of “Neutrality and Business plans». 

The Failure of the Swedish system in regards to The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (a.k.a. “Hague Abduction Convention”) – case of Anthie’ and Alexandra. 

My personal experience with the Central Authority of Sweden has been rather traumatic, which is also the reason why I am addressing all the Ministries directly. Especially when my representative from Belarus, in a very early stage of my legal battle in 2017, informed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sweden about the Denial of Justice I was facing in the Lawless State of Belarus. International parental Abduction is clearly an international matter. It is clearly not “Neutral” – how could it ever be?

The Complete Appeal was also sent to the Parliament of Sweden, the Parliament of Europe, State Authorities of other Countries, Human Rights Organizations, NGOs, with more. I tried to reach out Internationally with the hope that someone would react to the Lawlessness I am facing in Belarus. In total, approximately 900 Emails were sent all over the World 2nd of February 2020! 

I never received any feedback from anyone in Sweden (MFA – Parliament – Media). Instead, other states and people tried to help me. Thus, they were not obliged to do so. The Sleeping Kingdom of Sweden didn’t bother to react, they were more interested to close business deal’s with the Dictator Lukashenko and his Gang!
