EXCERPTS:
On considering the appeal
Dear Nicolas,
The Administration of the Tsentralny District of the City of Minsk has considered your appeal to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus. Based on the results of consideration, we hereby report the following.
A father and a mother have equal rights and obligations in relation to their children unless otherwise provided in the Shared Parenting Agreement or determined in court.
According to the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of the City of Minsk, dated December 27, 2018, the place of residence of your children was determined as the place of residence of the mother (L.A. Trafimovich).
The minor A-A C., born in 2012, lives with her mother, who represents the interests of the child in educational, medical, and other institutions, and also expresses consent (disagreement) on issues arising during the educational and upbringing process, and advocates for the rights of her daughter (Editor’s note: I was never informed about the choice of school for our CHILDREN. Therefore, it was a little difficult to disagree on anything, Ms. Maevskaya A.A., I hope it is not too difficult for you to understand the contradiction!?).
The child’s mother chose to teach her daughter A-A C., born in 2012, at the Private Educational Institution “Kindergarten-Secondary School “Ikhvis” “(hereinafter – the Institution), the founder of which is the religious organization “St. Elisabeth Convent in Minsk, Minsk Diocese of Belarus Orthodox Church”. This institution is not associated with any destructive organizations (???).
Kids with Machin Guns in their hands, ready to die for Putin and a Nun who is all excited in her face.
That is SCHOOL IXHVIS at St Elisabeth’s Monastery!
The educational process at the Institution is carried out in strict accordance with the Articles of Association, the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Education, and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus in the field of education.
Your children are not included in the lists of children recognized as being in a socially dangerous situation. The mother fulfills the duties of raising, educating, and maintaining children, in connection with which violations of the rights of the minors have not been revealed (!?).
According to Part 2 of Art. 75 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Marriage and Family, all issues regarding the forms and methods of raising children, their education, attitude to religion, organization of free time, and other issues of raising children are decided by both parents by mutual agreement. Disagreements between parents on the issues of raising children shall be resolved in court.
In accordance with Art. 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus, “On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities”, this response can be appealed to the Minsk City Executive Committee.
Deputy Head of Administration /signed/ A.A. Mayevskaya
It seems that Ms. Mayevskaya lives in another world. That the Belarusian media repeatedly has exposed St. Elisabeth’s Convent and Andrei Lemeshonok and his “Monkey Business” doesn’t bother her. That my children Contracted COVID-19 in this Monastery Business and were hospitalized for 2 weeks doesn’t bother her. That their mother, together with Andrei Lemeshonok, endangers their lives because of their fanatic and fascistic beliefs seems not to bother her either. That Andrei Lemeshonok and his son are Neo-Nazis and supporters of the “Russian World”, does not bother her at all. That this so-called “Institution” is BRAINWASHING CHILDREN and creating children Warriors like in Afghanistan, doesn’t seem to bother her either!?
Like so many times before, she is repeating the same articles as her colleagues did to fill the page. Would it not be better to start respecting the Rule of Law, or is this too much to expect from the Public Servants in the “Corrupt Public Administration” of Belarus!?
