On the 6th of January 2021, Ms. Martha Poni answered the absurd and irrational letter received on 2020.12.31 from Ms. Trafimovich, with a deadline to answer the proposals presented to her, not later than the 10th of January 2021. After this date, the case is closed, and Ms. Trafimovich has the sole responsibility for her choices, actions, and reluctance to find a compromise solution in the best interest of our children Anthie’ and Alexandra. There are too many facts and evidence which easily (in a law-respecting country) refute all her allegations and accusations.

Уважаемая Людмила,
It does not make sense to argue, as the only truth is that we have to agree that we disagree. I really can not have a dialogue with a person who invokes unfounded, untrue, and funny arguments for the evil she did. Whether you like it or not, your act of cutting off the children from their father is arbitrary, illegal, immoral, and definitely non-Christian. In summary, I have the following to say about your letter:
– It is absurd to claim that you do not interfere in Nicolas’ communication with the children when you have managed to prevent Nicolas from talking to the children. In what language can they communicate since you have refused the children to be taught Greek or Swedish with various excuses?
– It is absurd to claim that you are afraid of the risk of the children being abducted by the father because Nicola’s lawyer told the court that he will continue to try to return the children to Sweden. This means that Nicolas will continue to try to do so legally, not by force, not illegally, as you did.
– It is absurd to claim that Nicolas refuses to pay the children’s alimony when all 3 suggestions I made to you include your financial support and the payment of alimony to the children.
Therefore, it would be good if you did not make specific suggestions to me about the objectivity and moral perception of the situations.
In light of the above, I return to my three suggestions, which I mentioned in my previous email, and invite you to state clearly whether you accept any of them. Please answer me by 10-1-2021. In case you do not answer me by this date or you reject all the proposals, then I consider that the case is closed, and all that remains for me is to wish you good luck with your choices.

Δεν έχει νόημα να αντιδικούμε, καθώς η μόνη αλήθεια είναι ότι θα πρέπει να συμφωνήσουμε πως διαφωνούμε. Εγώ δεν μπορώ να κάνω διάλογο με άνθρωπο που επικαλείται αβάσιμα, αναληθή και αστεία επιχειρήματα για το κακό που έκανε. Είτε σου αρέσει είτε όχι, η πράξη σου να αποκόψεις τα παιδιά από τον πατέρα τους, είναι αυθαίρετη, παράνομη, ανήθικη και σίγουρα αντιχριστιανική. Περιληπτικά έχω να σου πω τα κάτωθι για την επιστολή σου :
– Είναι παράλογο να ισχυρίζεσαι ότι δεν παρεμβαίνεις στην επικοινωνία του Νικόλα με τα παιδιά, όταν έχεις καταφέρει να μην μπορεί να μιλήσει ο Νικόλας με τα παιδιά. Σε ποια γλώσσα μπορούν να συνεννοηθούν αφού με διάφορες δικαιολογίες έχεις αρνηθεί να διδαχθούν τα παιδιά την ελληνική ή τη σουηδική γλώσσα ;
– Είναι παράλογο να ισχυρίζεσαι ότι φοβάσαι για τον κίνδυνο απαγωγής των παιδιών από τον πατέρα, γιατί ο δικηγόρος του Νικόλα είπε στο δικαστήριο ότι αυτός θα συνεχίσει να προσπαθεί για την επιστροφή των παιδιών στη Σουηδία. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι θα συνεχίσει να το προσπαθεί με το νόμιμο τρόπο, όχι με τη βία, όχι παράνομα όπως το έκανες εσύ.
– Είναι παράλογο να ισχυρίζεσαι ότι ο Νικόλας αρνείται να καταβάλλει τη διατροφή των παιδιών, όταν και οι 3 προτάσεις που σου έκανα, περιλαμβάνουν την οικονομική σου στήριξη και την καταβολή διατροφής στα παιδιά.
Συνεπώς, καλό θα ήταν να μην μου κάνεις εσύ ειδικά υποδείξεις περί αντικειμενικότητας και ηθικής αντίληψης των καταστάσεων.
Κατόπιν των ανωτέρω, επανέρχομαι στις τρεις προτάσεις μου, τις οποίες σας εξέθεσα στο προηγούμενο ηλεκτρονικό μου μήνυμα και σας καλώ να μου δηλώσετε με σαφήνεια εάν αποδέχεστε οποιαδήποτε από αυτές. Παρακαλώ να μου απαντήσετε έως την 10-1-2021. Σε περίπτωση που δεν μου απαντήσετε μέχρι αυτή την ημερομηνία ή αρνηθείτε όλες τις προτάσεις, τότε θεωρώ ότι η υπόθεση έχει κλείσει και το μόνο που μου απομένει είναι να σας ευχηθώ καλή τύχη με τις επιλογές σας.
