It becomes clear and indisputable that the Belarusian judicial authorities blatantly violated the International Conventions ratified by the Republic of Belarus by disregarding the paternal and parental rights of Mr. Cheropoulos, but they also violated the human rights of his children and insulted the sense of law, the ethics, and logic of every respectable and prudent person but also of every benevolent society that respects people and their rights.

The father’s appeal was once again rejected, with a decision wholly illegal and irrational
for the legal data, which does not even have valid and substantial legal reasoning.

Unproven and arbitrarily, the Court considers that the father decided to ignore the Belarusian courts.

Невероятно, как Верховному суду страны удается нарушить международное право в отношении законного уведомления, поскольку официальное уведомление отца выполнено не было, и в то же время обвинять самого отца в игнорировании белорусских судов.

Ясно, что мы могли бы посвятить сотни или даже тысячи строк комментированию этих решений, которые противоречат понятию справедливости и являются вопиющим нарушением прав человека. Тем не менее важно продемонстрировать отношение этой страны, проинформировать и защитить любого, кто может стать жертвой такой ситуации, и надеяться, что в будущем таким эмоциональным и психологическим испытаниям не подвергнется ни один отец.
